Loaf, formed amidst the pandemic's isolation, hails from Newtown, CT, where three long-time good friends sought a creative outlet to escape the confines of their circumstances. Loaf's signature style features, raw and pared-down riffs, minimal effects, and an unapologetically grungy, gritty vibe.
 
In their spare time, you'll most likely find them listening to records, talking at each other about said records out loud in all capital letters, and inventing games to amuse themselves.
